Withdrawals are only permitted once all applicable wagering requirements on bonus funds have been completed. Attempting to withdraw before meeting wagering requirements will result in the bonus balance being forfeited. Real-money balances deposited without a bonus attached are always available for withdrawal subject to identity verification requirements.
All bonuses and promotions offered by n999com are subject to these general terms as well as any specific terms stated on the individual promotion page. In the event of a conflict, promotion-specific terms take precedence. n999com reserves the right to modify, suspend or withdraw any promotion at any time.
The standard wagering requirement for deposit bonuses on n999com is 35x the bonus amount received. Free spin winnings carry a 40x wagering requirement. Wagering must be completed within 30 days of the bonus being credited, after which any unmet wagering and associated bonus funds expire automatically.
Not all games on n999com contribute equally to bonus wagering. Jackpot slots typically contribute 100%. Classic slots and video slots contribute 100%. Live card games such as Teen Patti and Andar Bahar contribute 10%. Table games including Blackjack and Baccarat contribute 10%. Sports bets placed at odds of 1.5 or above contribute 100% to sports-specific bonus wagering. Games marked as excluded do not contribute.
Only one bonus may be active on a n999com account at any given time. Opting into a new promotion while an existing bonus remains active and uncleared will result in the first bonus being forfeited. Players should complete wagering on the current bonus before claiming a new one.
n999com actively monitors for bonus abuse including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, using a strategy that amounts to low-risk bonus clearing across multiple bets, collusion between players to meet wagering requirements and using VPN or proxy services to falsify location. Accounts found to be abusing bonuses will be closed and bonus-derived winnings forfeited.
The n999com Welcome Bonus is available to new players on their first qualifying deposit only. Each player is eligible once regardless of whether they close their account and re-register. Welcome Bonus eligibility cannot be transferred between accounts.
All bets placed on n999com are subject to acceptance by the platform. n999com reserves the right to decline, limit or void any bet at its discretion, including bets placed on markets where pricing errors have occurred, markets suspended due to technical issues or markets where suspicious betting patterns have been detected.
Bets are settled on the basis of official results published by the relevant governing body — PCB for domestic cricket, ICC for international matches, FIFA for football and so forth. Where an official result is disputed, n999com will hold settlement until the governing body issues a final determination. This may delay payout but will not affect the accuracy of settlement.
In-play bets on n999com are binding once confirmed via the bet slip. The platform uses official data feeds to update odds in real time. Minor latency between real-world events and displayed odds is inherent to live betting — n999com does not accept responsibility for this latency. Bets placed on clearly incorrect in-play odds due to system error may be voided at n999com's discretion.
A bet may be declared void and stakes returned where: a match is abandoned without sufficient play having taken place; a player or team participates in a match having been declared ineligible by the governing body; or a market was offered in error. Void bets in accumulator wagers are treated as non-runners — the accumulator settles at the next applicable leg.
Single-bet maximum winnings are Rs 20,00,000 (Rs 20 lakh) per bet on most markets. Accumulator maximum winnings are Rs 50,00,000 (Rs 50 lakh). Jackpot slot winnings are subject to the jackpot pool amount at the time of the triggering spin and are not subject to a separate cap. n999com reserves the right to apply individual account limits where betting patterns suggest arbitrage, syndicate activity or exploitation of pricing errors.

In the event of a game malfunction — disconnection during a bonus round, incomplete spin or game freeze — n999com will attempt to restore the session to the state immediately before the malfunction. Where restoration is not technically possible, the stake for the incomplete round will be refunded.
